Centennial
Speakers Bureau

Minister's Message
Available Speakers

Thank you for participating and making the Speakers Bureau
another successful Centennial project!

The Centennial Speakers Bureau was created to bring alive the stories of Saskatchewan’s past, present and future. Saskatchewanians and expatriates who have excelled in a field related to the social, cultural, political or economic development of our province or our country have been nominated by their peers to participate in the Centennial Speakers Bureau.

Saskatchewan Learning is making this unique learning resource available to Saskatchewan’s schools, public libraries and public post-secondary institutions during the centennial year. Now your classroom or library audience can hear these success stories and be inspired.

Saskatchewan Learning will cover speakers’ expenses and honoraria when speakers present at schools, public libraries and post-secondary institutions.  Review the list of available speakers. Choose two or three whose stories would interesting and appropriate for your classroom or library audience.

Contact the Speakers Bureau Coordinator to liaise with your preferred speakers and determine availability. Once a speaker and date are confirmed, the Speakers Bureau Coordinator will make all necessary arrangements for the speaker’s appearance. The Bureau can also provide you with additional information and guidelines to help you plan a successful event.
